Looks like there could be a consensus coming together about a villian in the Avengers movie. Stan and Jack may have been onto something.

Awesome! I also love the idea that someone hinted at in a posted in the comments on the post you linked to: have Pym build Ultron in the Ant Man movie, introduce Loki in Thor movie - then have Hulk be villain and reason for "assembling" in first half of Avengers and round it out with Hulk helping defeat Loki and Ultron. That way Loki could be pulling strings to send Hulk on a rampage giving Hulk an emotional reason to want to fix the whole thing by teaming up with the Avengers in the end.
What say you?

Loki def makes sense given the early Avengers issues and the Thor flick coming. I'm not sure about Ant-Man though, or when that is actually coming out. Might be best to save Ultron for a sequel. Once you burn through Loki, Ultron, and Kang the coolest available Avengers enemies are off the table (Fox has Dr. Doom). I assume that The Leader, Red Skull, and The Mandarin will be on the table soon from the Hulk, Cap, and Iron Man flicks. Or is The Leader dead? I can't remember what happened to him when that lab blew up or whatever.
