The Mendoza Line throw in the towel

Wow, this slipped right by me. Had no idea until Patrick mentioned in the EARL update.

Former Athens indie act (now of Brooklyn) The Mendoza Line has broken up (or taken indefinite hiatus), apparently as a result of a romantic split between songwriters Shannon McArdle and Timothy Bracy. It looks like they're playing a residency in New York next month and then throwing in the towel. They will obviously no longer be appearing at The EARL on August 5.
