Midlake in Atlanta, September 4


Next Tuesday, just as you're recovering from Labor Day, Texas indie dudes Midlake will be at The EARL in East Atlanta with Dawn Landes supporting. That same day they release their new EP, Oak and Julian, featuring a handful of alternate takes and rare songs.

Hmm, now that the Cure show is cancelled, maybe I'll catch their Denver set.

BTW, I'm finally getting around to all the PopFest tapes...pretty rough overall, but some of the sets should be worth getting out there.

They're coming over here as well - I get to see them on the 15th Sept (I think) at the End of the Road Festival.
