I've never seen American Idol, and don't want to, but I have to give them credit for a stunt this week. They got the cast of Tropic Thunder, Jack Black, Ben Stiller, and Robert Downey, Jr., to act as The Pips to vintage footage of Gladys Knight. It's even better if you imagine them as Nacho Libre, Derek Zoolander, and Iron Man:
