Neil Young 12-10-1989 @ Muziektheater Stopera

I hope the bandwidth gods are kind to me today, but I just had to share this whole show at once. This is an excellent set of acoustic Neil Young, and I couldn't bring myself to post it in installments. It's amazing the extent to which Young and his music have remained relevant decades into his storied music career.

I remember having this show on cassette back in my analog trading days, and really enjoying it then as well. Back then circulating it involved lots of time, Maxell XLII tapes, and frequent trips to the post office. Now you can grab it here for nothing. To top it off, this is ripped from a bootleg CD. That makes me feel even better about flooding the market with free downloads of the show. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Christ on a bike..
Neil Young on laser sharp form acoustically ripping through most of my favourites..
What I wouldn't have given to see that show in the day. Pity I was only eight.
This more than makes up for it though.
Thanks man i think i'll be burning copies for all my friends!

Much thanks. Sounds great. I can't believe that I am only # 3 with a comment. I think there should be a rule (etiquette) that if you take some tunes you at least have to take a moment to say thank you.

That sure would be nice. I know there are days here with 1300+ visitors and not a peep. I'll admit that it's sorta frustrating at times. It's not like a run this thing for the ad revenue.

Folks -- no longer recommend downloading this. The place where the files are stored limits the bitrate to 32kb/s, which is garbage. I'm going to pull them down as soon as I can.
