Meet the Beetles

From this week's awesome Booster Gold #6, in which three generations of the Blue Beetle team up with Booster to rescue a fallen comrade:

Booster Gold, Blue Beetle I, Blue Beetle III, future Blue Beetle

Not exactly subtle, huh?

I just want Booster Gold and the Beetles to come out with their own version of Abbey Road, not just the cover.

And shouldn't one of them be without shoes?

I guess that'd be the first BB. He should be dead, after all.

I'm totally blanking on this, what book is the future Beetle from?

To the best of my knowledge, he hasn't been seen before. I'm actually expecting him to be a villain when the arc plays out.

One of them should have been barefoot...but that's pretty funny just the same.

Future Beetle isn't the Kingdom Come version? That'd play into whatever the hell it is that's happening in JSA right now that no one is paying attention to.

Alan Moore, of course, was years ahead of this curve in Top Ten, when he had Blue Beetle (II), The Beetle from Spider-Man, Beetle Bailey and Ringo in a band together.

Re: future Beetle, the BB in Kingdom Come was also Ted Kord and was (*spoiler*) killed during the climactic battle. He also claims to be from the 27th century, and Kingdom Come "happened" closer to present day. Bruce Wayne was still alive, after all. If that matters -- I mean, there's already time travel involved.
