"Peace on Earth" compilation at It's Hard to Find a Friend

I have a general dislike of Christmas music, but wanted to alert C&T's readers to a special project by a fellow blogger. Caleb at It's Hard to Find a Friend has curated a holiday album called "Peace on Earth" featuring exclusive tracks from several indie bands. It's only $7 for 18 tracks, and all proceeds go to Toys for Tots. You can buy it starting today.

The Long Winters - Sometimes You Have to Work on Christmas

Participants include Chris Walla (of Death Cab for Cutie), The Long Winters, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, Great Lake Swimmers, Rosie Thomas, American Music Club, and others. Good lineup, good cause.
