The cake was fantastic! I could hear but not see and it seemed that anyone who was anyone (except you Rich, of course) was there on such a beautiful day. I was very impressed with the Tabby show, which also was pretty packed. Congrats to Alex of OK Productions..

It was seriously too crazy for me to start the costume contest, unfortch. Only about 10 girls dressed up in their best Karen O (some of 'em were a bit of a stretch, tho). There was one guy who claimed he dressed up as Karen, too. He kept saying that he didn't wear purple eyeshadow everyday, but eyeshadow does not a costume make, dude. Sigh. I'll figure out a way to award the leftover prizes in the next couple of weeks. I was told over 450 people showed up for the in-store (I myself was too stressed out to count myself, but it sure was a lot). People were climbing into the trees, on top of cars and the dumpsters. It was crazy!

(Glad you liked the cake, Amy!)
